Proceedings of a called workshop facilities tour of the City
Commission of the City of Palatka held on the 18th day of July,
2006.

Mayor Flagg called the workshop to order at 1:00 p.m. and read the
following call:

JAMES NORWOOD AND GEORGE SANDERS:
You
are hereby notified that a workshop meeting of the City Commission is called to
be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2006, to commence at 1:00 p.m. at the Palatka City
Hall, 201 N. 2nd Street, Palatka FL 32177.
The
purpose of the meeting is to take a bus tour of the following city facilities
in order to assist in the 2006/07 budget process: Palatka City Hall, Building & Zoning, Bronson House and
Museum, Fred Green Park, Lefty Turner/Booker Park, Price-Martin Center/ Train
Station, Palatka Police Department, Downtown Fire Department and Moody Road
Fire Department.

acknowledge receipt of a copy of the foregoing notice of a special meeting on
the 6th day of July, 2006

being no further facilities scheduled to tour, the workshop tour was adjourned
at 5:00 p.m. at the City Hall Annex.
