What incentives does Palatka offer new businesses? How does Palatka plan to draw in enough new businesses to get the downtown area booming again? Does the county/town offer grants, affordable business space, or other factors that would bring in business owners that would otherwise take their shops elsewhere? My family is moving back to the area and we are interested in helping Palatka getting back on its feet. My husband is a property manager, well versed in electric, plumbing, and HVAC, and I am a chef and we would both love to become very active in the community.
