NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palatka will receive proposals in a sealed envelope marked “RESPONSE TO PALATKA ITB NO. 2023-16” at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Palatka City Hall, 201 N 2nd St., Palatka, FL, 32177, until 3:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, for the following City Project: “Jenkins Community Center”. Bids received will be opened and read aloud in the City Commission Chambers immediately following the submittal closing time.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for this Project at 10:00 AM (EST) on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at the Jenkins Middle School Gymnasium, 1900 Napoleon St., Palatka, Florida 32177, in the Front Entry Corridor.
Bids must comply and be submitted in accordance with the project's contract documents, plans, and technical specifications. Project documents will be available on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, and can be obtained through www.passero.com on the home page upper right under BIDS Tab.
Copies of the plans and specifications and other Contract Documents will be on file and available for inspection in the offices of the City Clerk, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, Florida, 32177 and at the offices of the Architect, Passero Associates, LLC, 4730 Casa Cola Way, Ste. 200, St. Augustine, FL 32095.
