Notice is hereby given that the City of Palatka has completed its evaluation of bids submitted for this Invitation to Bid and has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to reject all bids submitted.
Reason for Rejection of Bids:
As allowed in the Information for Bidders, Section No. I of the referenced solicitation, the City has rejected all bids submitted for Invitation to Bid 2021-22.
The City reserves the right to advertise a new solicitation for this project in the future, as it deems is in its best interest.
FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 120.57(3), FLORIDA STATUTES, OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, FLORIDA STATUTES.
