The City of Palatka is soliciting bids for the purchase of properties identified as: 429 Kirby Street Parcel ID’s # 42-10-27-6850-0450-0050, 42-10-27-6850-0450-0040 and # 42-10-27-6850-0450-0051. The minimum bid amount is $150,000. Bidders must submit with their bid an official bank check in the amount of 10% of the bid total payable to the City of Palatka.

All interested parties must register on the City’s ITB website by e-mail providing their name, email address, mailing address and telephone number to receive any future changes, additions, addendums or notices concerning this ITB. Any qualified vendor should submit 1 original and 1 unbound copy in a sealed envelope marked in ink “RESPONSE TO INVITATION TO BID (ITB -2022-12)” no later than 2:00 pm. on July 12, 2022. Responses shall be submitted by mail, courier or in person to City of Palatka, ATTN: Sunni Krantz, Interim City Clerk, City of Palatka, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., EST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays observed by the City.
