AWARD BASIS: It shall be the policy of the City that Procurement made in response to a requirement when the delay incident for complying with all governing rules, regulations, and procedures would be detrimental to the health, safety, and welfare of the City and/or its citizens and includes immediate repairs that are needed to prevent further damage to public property shall be considered an emergency procurement and is allowed under Section 11 Procurement of Goods and Services - $25,000.01 or more in the City’s Purchasing policy.
SCOPE: City staff have solicited TB Landmark to provide a proposal to complete the requested work which include all labor and equipment to remove and replace damaged sanitary sewer components under 3rd street between Main and Reid Street.
FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 120.57(3), FLORIDA STATUTES, OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, FLORIDA STATUTES.
THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS WITH MULTIPLE RESPONDENTS, WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES SUBMITTED, REJECT ANY AND/OR ALL SUBMITTALS, RE-ADVERTISE, AND ACCEPT ANY SUBMITTALS DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY. NO FAX OR E-MAIL PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
