Ordinance 2023-48 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, AMENDING PROVISIONS OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS CRYSTAL COVE RV RESORT, PHASE 1, LOCATED AT 121 CRYSTAL COVE ROAD, TO REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT FOR A SWIMMING POOL, SPA OR LIKE FACILITIES, ALLOW UP TO 30% OF THE BUILT SITES TO BE USED AS PARK MODEL RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, AND REVISE THE MAXIMUM LENGTH OF OCCUPANCY TO NO MORE THAN 180 DAYS IN ANY 12 CONSECUTIVE MONTH PERIOD; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
