The Evaluation Committee for the City of Palatka Request for Proposals (RFP) 2023-19 “Utility Assistance Program Administration” will meet January 10, 2024 at 9:00 AM EST at the City Hall Annex 205 N 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177. The purpose is to score and rank the submittals to the RFP.
