The public is invited to attend a meeting at the Price Martin Community Center, 201 North 2nd Street, Palatka, to discuss the future of the “Belton” Property, 200 Noth 11 Street, Palatka. In February of 2024, the City of Palatka purchased the property that was once home to national jazz musician Cortland “C.S.” Belton and is looking for community input into the property's future use.
