Contactors for the City of Palatka will begin work on the intersection of 3rd and St. Johns on Wednesday, April 10th. The project is to repair and upgrade the brick crosswalks in the intersection.
During the upgrade, intermittent traffic interruptions will occur in all directions.
Once the intersection is complete, the project will move to each intersection between 4th and 11th Streets except 9th Street. Each intersection will take 2 full workdays to complete.
Motorists and pedestrians are urged to remain attentive to changing traffic patterns and personnel within the work zone.
