  1. The deadline for questions will be August 27, 2024 at 5:00 PM EST. 
  2. The deadline for submittals will be September 3, 2024 at 3:00 PM EST. 
  3. The bid submittals will be opened September 5, 2024 at 9:00 AM EST.
  4. An evaluation committee will meet September 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST for the purpose of evaluating the submittals.
