City of Palatka Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE is hereby given that the Palatka City Commission will hold public hearings to consider the enactment of the following ordinance on November 14 and December 12, 2024 at 6:00 PM at City Hall 201 N 2nd Street, Palatka FL 32177.
Ordinance 2024-15 for the approval of a planned unit development: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING THE PROVSIONS OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY WITH RESPECT TO THE FOLLOWING PARCELS OF LAND: 10-10-26-0000-0130-0010 LOCATED AT ON MCLAURY DRIVE, AND 10-10-26-0000-0200-0060 LOCATED AT 6201 SAINT JOHNS AVENUE, PALATKA, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENERS ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Said proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at City Hall during regular hours of business. All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
