City of Palatka Announces Veterans Day Sanitation Service Schedule Changes and Office Closures
In observance of Veterans Day, the City of Palatka has adjusted its sanitation service schedule and will temporarily close various offices.
OFFICE CLOSURES: On Monday, Nov. 11, the following City of Palatka offices will be closed:
Palatka City Hall, Police Department lobby, Public Works, Palatka Gas Authority, and other administrative offices of the City of Palatka
For EMERGENCIES, call 911
City offices will reopen on Tuesday, Nov. 12, during regular business hours.
UTILITY PAYMENTS:
- Online Payments: Payments can be made at www.palatkagasauthority.com or by phone at 1-866-869-5955 (pay ID # required).
- Emergency Contacts: For water or public works emergencies, please call 386-329-0107. For gas emergencies, please call 386-328-1591.
SANITATION SERVICE SCHEDULE:
HOUSEHOLD COLLECTION:
- Monday and Thursday Residential Customers: Collection will take place on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Tuesday and Friday Residential Customers: Collection will take place on Wednesday and Friday.
YARD TRASH COLLECTION:
- There will be no yard debris collection this week for residential customers. Please hold any yard debris until the following week.
COMMERCIAL DUMPSTERS:
- Commercial customers will experience no changes to their service schedule.
