The City of Palatka hereby notices the following intended decisions to award at the Palatka City Commission meeting to be held November 14, 2024:
- Purchase of Vehicles and Police Vehicles from Beck Auto Sales
- ITB 2024-20 to Ferreira Construction Company
- Purchase of Aeration Tower from Power & Pumps

FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 120.57(3), FLORIDA STATUTES, OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, FLORIDA STATUTES.
THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS WITH MULTIPLE RESPONDENTS, WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES SUBMITTED, REJECT ANY AND/OR ALL SUBMITTALS, RE-ADVERTISE, AND ACCEPT ANY SUBMITTALS DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY. NO FAX OR E-MAIL PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
