Palatka Residents Invited to Housing Launch Event on March 1
PALATKA, FL—The City of Palatka is pleased to announce a special housing-focused launch event at the Jenkins Community Center on Saturday, March 1, from 1 to 5 p.m. Organized in partnership with the St. Johns Housing Partnership, the Palatka Housing Authority, and Azcarate Consulting Group, this event will highlight key programs designed to support both current and prospective homeowners in Palatka.
Representatives will be on hand to discuss two major initiatives:
- Down Payment Assistance Program – Provides financial support to first-time or returning homebuyers seeking to purchase a home.
- The City of Palatka HOME Repair Program – Offers assistance to residents for maintaining and improving their homes, ensuring safety and structural integrity.
