Congratulations to Marcia Carty on being named the new Palatka City Manager! During a special City Commission meeting on Monday, Ms. Carty was selected for this important role and officially accepted the position on Tuesday. She joined the City of Palatka as Finance Director in 2023 and has been serving as Interim City Manager since September.
