Congratulations to City Commissioner Justin Campbell on being elected President of the Florida Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (FBC-LEO)! 🎉
Commissioner Campbell was installed during FBC-LEO’s 40th-anniversary conference, marking a historic milestone for the organization. He takes over from outgoing President Morris L. West, Vice Mayor of Haines City.

Let us harness the collective power of our voices to create a brighter future for generations to come.”
A lifelong Palatka resident, Campbell has dedicated his career to public service and community empowerment. In addition to serving on the City Commission since 2014, he leads the Campbell Consulting Group, and founded the Reach One Teach One Mentorship Program.
Campbell is also the District Coordinator of Student Support with the Putnam County School District and is a staff associate with Karl N. Flagg Serenity Chapel. He presently serves on the following Boards of Directors: Palatka Police Athletic League, the City of Palatka Fire Pension, and the City of Palatka Community Redevelopment Agency.
