The City of Palatka will host two community meetings, January 7 and January 21, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Jenkins Community Center. The meetings will focus on drinking water and the Lead and Copper Rule. Federal law requires these meetings. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency created this rule, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection enforces it in our state. The City wants to be open and clear and answer any questions from the community. All residents are welcome to attend.
