On February 16, 2026, the City of Palatka held two Community Workshops to discuss redevelopment of the former Post Consolidated site. The city continues to evaluate both short-term and long-term options for the Gateway property.
The city is gathering additional information and invites you to complete this short survey to provide additional feedback following the recent workshops.

The collected input will inform redevelopment strategies consistent with the Community Redevelopment Agency’s authority under Chapter 163, Part III, Florida Statutes, including the elimination of blight, economic revitalization, and tax base enhancement.
