NOTICE is hereby given that the following Resolution:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PALATKA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AMENDING OR MODIFYING THE PALATKA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PLAN; REAFFIRMING THE FINDING OF THE EXISTENCE OF BLIGHTED AREAS IN THE CITY; EXTENDING THE IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD OF SAID PLAN, PROVIDING FOR NOTIFICATION TO THE TAXING AUTHORITIES, PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 163.3, FLORIDA STATUTES will be considered by the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) on October 11, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and will take place at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177. Said proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public at City Hall during regular hours of business. All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. This notice is given in accordance with F.S. 166.041.
