NOTICE is hereby given the City Commission of the City of Palatka, Florida, will consider the enactment of the following entitled Ordinance 2023-17:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 94 OF THE CITY OF PALATKA LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, SECTION 94-147(e) BY ADDING “(6) TATTOO PARLORS” AS A PERMISSIBLE CONDITIONAL USE IN THE C-1A ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTION 94-148(e) BY ADDING “(13) TATTOO PARLORS AS A PERMISSIBLE CONDITIONAL USE WITHIN THE C-1 ZONING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERROR
at its meetings to be held on May 11, 2023 at 6:00 PM (first hearing) and May 25, 2023 at 6:00 PM (adoption hearing) at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, Florida. The Planning Board will consider the ordinance and make a recommendation to the Commission at a public hearing to take place on May 2, 2023 at 4:00 PM at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, Florida. Said proposed Ordinances may be inspected by the public at City Hall during regular hours of business. All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances. This notice is given in accordance with F.S. 166.041.
