The City of Palatka intends to award the community engagement portion of the Comprehensive Plan update to the Northeast Florida Regional Council at the City Commission meeting on Thursday, October 12, 2023.  This award is pursuant to RFQ2023-04 Continuing Professional Planning and Inspection Services.
