AWARD BASIS: It shall be the policy of the City that single/sole source purchases shall be permissible in instances where the conditions and circumstances necessitate the need for a particular product or service, which is available only from one vendor.
The City of Palatka has solicited Tampa Crane and Body to provide a proposal for the delivery of a: Mack LR Chassis, Heil Half Pack Odyssey front loading body with integrated controls for the operation of a Curotto Can side loading attachment, and a Curotto can side loading attachment.
This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
FAILURE TO FILE A PROTEST WITHIN THE TIME PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 120.57(3), FLORIDA STATUTES, OR FAILURE TO POST THE BOND OR OTHER SECURITY REQUIRED BY LAW WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING A BOND SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER CHAPTER 120, FLORIDA STATUTES.
THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS WITH MULTIPLE RESPONDENTS, WAIVE ANY IRREGULARITIES SUBMITTED, REJECT ANY AND/OR ALL SUBMITTALS, RE-ADVERTISE, AND ACCEPT ANY SUBMITTALS DEEMED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY. NO FAX OR E-MAIL PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
